Today the doctors have performed a lumbar puncture (spinal tap), as well as three separate analyses. We have the results from two of these analyses: There are no malignant cells in the cerebrospinal fluid and peripheral blood. This is great news. Marcel has also received his first dose of bone marrow chemotherapy and in the next few days will also receive intramuscular injections as well.
Marcel is in a good mood and is very hungry, which is good news!
